Are you based in Itahari? Can we train in person?

Yes, I'm based in Itahari, Sunsari. I coach clients online anywhere in Nepal, and in person around Itahari, Dharan and Biratnagar. Message me on WhatsApp and we'll arrange it.

Do I need a gym to join?

No. I create both gym and home workout plans. Just tell me what equipment you have and I'll build your training around it.

I'm a complete beginner, is this for me?

Absolutely. Most of my coaching is built for beginners. I started exactly where you are now, so I'll guide you step by step and keep it simple.

What do I eat? Do I need supplements?

You eat normal, affordable Nepali food like rice, dal, eggs, chicken, oats and more. No expensive supplements required to get real results.

How much time do I need each day?

Most plans need around 45 to 60 minutes, 4 to 6 days a week. I'll match the plan to your schedule so it's realistic to follow.

How do I pay?
